I just took in a beautiful, and fully functional Pentax Spotmatic SP With a Pentax Super-Takumar 50mm F1.4 lens in beautiful condition. Camera comes in the ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING BOX! Includes the soft case showing moderate wear, flash shoe mount, original lens cap and warranty card. This is a VERY nice example of the Pentax legacy camera. Asking price is only $175 and I will include shipping to the lower 48!
UPDATE: I pulled the styrofoam packaging out of the box and underneath it I found BOTH of the operators manuals, they will be included with the camera!
I have several other Spotmatic bodies and a few lenses available as well. Ask if you may be looking for something specific.
It looks great. If I had any extra money . . . .
In 1979 a used Spotmatic was my step-up from a worn out Vivitar. Both accepted screw mount lenses. Got me through 2-years of college until I could afford an MX and ME Super. $175 is a steal--I just can't justify another film body. Awesome find!

Brings back memories MT. While in Viet Nam I had planned on saving 100.00 dollars a month and buying a massive stereo system. I was pulled out after only four months though and did not have enough for my system. Instead I invested in the Asahi Pentax like the one you are showing. It was my first SLR and for the money I had saved up I was able to get the camera with a 50mm lens, a 28mm, and a telephoto lens (I think it was a 200mm). It was purchased in Okinawa thus the Asahi. Back here in the states, it was sold as the Honeywell Pentax.

Great find MT. I bought the same camera in 1969 at the PX in Fort Ord CA. I no longer have it (mysteriously disappeared from a training center r) but I do have the Honeywell version purchased shortly after.
