Seems like the flu epidemic doesn't begin until they start giving flu shots. Coincidence?

It's absolutely impossible to get the flu from a flu shot!

Your flu shot is made with last years virus......(?) Viruses mutate.
In the UK they rushed around and made gallons of the stuff, because the scaremongers 3 years ago said it was similar to 1900's pandemic. Now they are injecting school children and pensioners with it to use it up.
When they come out with a cure for the common cold, maybe....just maybe it is worth the hype.

I am in day 13 of the flu, wife is in day 15. VA told me the vaccination isn't doing a good job against influenza type A.

Yes, and it's particularly bad for people who are already compromised.

Yes. That's a perfect example of a coincidence.

Would vaccine even work for those whose immune system doesn't work correctly??

Flu vaccines are made from DEAD virus.

You can NOT get the Flu from the shot.

True, but it doesn't address G Brown's issues, which are also true but only partially relevant. Because of how vaccines are made, they have to be made in advance, with the best information available at the time. Because viruses mutate, a vaccine based on old information will not be perfect, but the vaccines we do have are better than nothing, and having a 50% or even less chance of protection is better than having no protection at all.

Here are some FACTS:

(1). You need to get the flu shot in the late fall, not in Febuary, if you expect t it to help.
(2). Every year you get the shot, it increases the chances it will protect you. I am living proof of this. I am 72, have not failed to get a flu shot in over 35 years, and even though I am in an "at risk" age group, I have never had the flu since starting to get the shot in early October. I never miss it!

Parents who do not get the shot for their kids are risking their lives, and 15 children have died from the flu this year. Inexcusable.

You need to read about how the flu in the early 1900s killed more people than died in combat in WW I. This is serious, folks.
