Thanks, jaymatt. You did indeed detect a bit of toning. Black and white frequently seems a bit harsh to me, so I try to soften it a little.

It's a pastry sort of thing, about 1/3rd the size of one made in Alaska...

But I think you have them confused with cow pies.We don't have many Texas cows in Alaska, just moose cows. Like everything else, a moose cow is somewhat larger than a Texas cow. Texas is a nice little place, and I don't mean to excessively disparage it. Texas cow pies are indeed much larger than dropping from an Alaskan moose.
