I bank at a small state bank (small compared to the large, multinational banks) that has only two branches in town with one ATM at each branch, both machines outside. When I use those ATMs, I stop a little passed it, get out of my vehicle and use the machine by standing in front of it. They do have an indoor ATM in a drug store within walking distance of my house which I use a lot of the time. However, it won't accept deposits, just account balances or withdrawals.
Generally if I need money I will just get cash back when I make a purchase at a store.
A large multinational bank near my house, across the street from that drug store, has five ATMs. They are all outside, three drive-ups and two walk-ups.
