Pike Place Area Signs

I wanted to have a picture of the Seattle Best Coffee sign before it was taken down after Starbucks closed them. It was a rainy morning and got a few good shots. Taken with a Nikon P-520 camera.

Thanks for your comment. I was trying to enter this in the sign challenge, but didn't do it right. I was also going to enter more then one picture but didn't know that either.

I was there 3 1/2 yrs ago (first time) during the daytime. Was out there a couple days before catching a cruise to Alaska (also a first) for my 50th birthday. I'd love to back and see more of it - both Seattle and Alaska - (Inside Passage trip was a nice taste...but yet only a taste). I couldn't catch a thrown fish pic at Pikes, but I tried.

Come back and visit and make sure to take a ferry ride to look back at Seattle. Best view!

That'll be a good memory for you, Spectre! It's too bad that big names are taking over little town shops. Dunkin' Donuts chased our Ambler Donut Shop here in Ambler, PA.

We also had a Dunkin' fold here for a local called Top Pot. It's becoming well known. For as big as the Pike Place Market is, there are only 2 chain stores there. Starbucks and Sur LA Table.
