Your Kingbird looks just like our Phobee
You go me guessing now it does favor a Phoebe, but don't have yellow belly.
Then a Kingbird also need a white tail tip.
Maybe someone will help us out with ID?
After checking it on Merlin Bird Photo, I agree it is a Eastern Phoebe.
