Basically on this photo I like the clouds and the floor lighting, i just want to reduce the contrast around the skater, it their anyway to make this look natural?

Are you doing the PP and then trying to fix the boarder? That's what it looks like.
You want to save another clean copy and layer it over this one. It's just a matter of carefully cutting away the background from there.

nothing on this photo comes anywhere near to looking natural. I happen tolike this shot, but natural looking left town a while back.
