Search 'abes of maine reviews'. It scared me from ever considering buying from Abe. They sell grey market products. They always and I mean "ALWAYS" send and email to you after your order has been placed, asking you to call them. Then they try to sell shit to you like a battery that lasts 7 times longer than the one that comes with it, or upsell you to the US version or offer 1 day shipping but you got to agree to something else. One person agreed to the US version for x amount of $$ and they still sent him the grey market camera. LOL I have to laugh because it's just like pissing in your face it's so ridiculous.

If you are looking for a new, legit, USA warranty, item at a discount...and if you are ready to buy. Go to greentoe.com and put in an offer. You have nothing to lose except the troubles of dealing with Abe's of Maine.

Many people (including me) suggest B&H and Adorama. Both on line and situated in Bricks & boards shops in New you're city. Most would agree that B&H is terrific. Google them and check it out. RJM

Thank you. I have purchased from BH and I am thoroughly satisfied with their service. Its only because I saw an item Canon 7D ii way too lower than the other sites.

I have a question to the OP. Does Abe of Maine offers better prices on their website or do they carry more stuff than B&H or Adorama? If not then why would you even consider it? It's not a store that you plan to visit right?

They used to be good - when they were in Maine. Now you take your chances. Shop elsewhere.
