Help with my new Zukio Lens

I just purchased a new 300 f2.8 zukio lens. Are there any of you Olympus users who use this lens and can tell me its sweet spot? And all else that might help me taking better photos.

I want to thank any of you willing to give me help in advance.

Thanks once more. BB

For the kind of money they sell for I would hope the sweet spot is very very large.

Wow! That hawk is crystal sharp! Great images.
So, what was your question again?

Those images were shot on a tripod, in a blind, so most of that is having the blind in the right place. That part I know how to do, its using the camera that is my weak link.

I know each lens has a certain aperture setting which seems to bring out the best in that particular lens and that is what I was hoping someone could tell me.

Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate them. And I know the lens I got is one of he best ones out there, even though it unknown to many. They say in photography its far more the lens than the camera. And I do believe that.

Here are a few more from earlier this week.

Have a good one and watch for some Yellowstone photos in about a week or so.

I suggest if you can't find the sweet spot you send it to me for testing :-)

I really want one, but at 5-6k it's gonna take some savings

for the 300mm 2.8 2/3 stop is generally regarded as the sweet spot

I really like your first picture.

She seems to be saying, "You really don't need to be asking photo questions, you've got it down pat !!!"

Great shots and good luck with the new toy !!!
