Mmmmmmmm... the key to a good pig/wild boar meal is to leave the snout in it! :-) Nice shots. I love the colors, and the little one is adorable. Thanks for sharing!

My church has an ongoing mission in the Philippines started several years ago by one of our members (a retired pediatrician and author) who is a native. A few years ago I joined in one of their programs and sponsored a child for school, but they go a couple times a year to do medical clinics, etc and have an ongoing feeding program for the poor children.
Nice pics. BTW the word "Filipino" can be a noun describing a Philippine resident or used as an adjective describing anything related to the Philippines or Philippine culture like Filipino cuisine, Filipino movies. In the Philippines the word is spelled "Pilipino".
the country is filipinas,, is a spanian origin name later with the time Philipines was named by british. the filipino community on any where is filipino or philipino they do not care
The official name is "Pilipinas" but in the English language it is spelled "Philippines". Its citizens are "Pilipino" or "Filipino" in English. The British were never in the Philippines. The Spaniards named the country "Filipinas" after King Philip II. When the Americans came the named was switched from "Filipinas" to "Philippines" which remains to this day.
