Did POPULAR PHOTOGRAPHY screw up?

In their review entitled SLOW AND FAST of the Sony Cyber Shot RX100V (Jan/Feb 2017), under the sub-title KEY SPECS, the sensor is described as "20.1MP CMOS (full frame)".
In the same review under SPECIFICATIONS-IMAGING, the sensor is described as 1 inch Exmor RS
CMOS.
Please, someone: how can a 1 inch sensor be full frame?
I can't sleep.

I see many such errors. Need to try another source. I usually Google or search on Amazon.

NOT a full frame sensor: 1" (13.2 x 8.8 mm) CMOS, 21.0Mp per https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1289584-REG/sony_cyber_shot_dsc_rx100_v_digital.html?gclid=Cj0KEQiAh4fEBRCZhriIjLfArrQBEiQArzzDAbzqE1oPQRhPkv5YQUQXb-_EvxQz5sJzwcPcSabAduUaApC28P8HAQ&c3api=2280%2C154646076848%2Csony+rx100v%2Cb

Bob - I got it, but ironic humor has to be explained to some.

I used to subscribe to American Photographer (later changed to American Photo). When the stopped printing that they sent me Popular Photography as a replacement until the subscription ran out. It was not a hard decision to not renew it when it ran out.

Okay Hogs,
What is a helpful mag for the 'serious' amateur?
Thanks,

Popular photography used to be a fairly good magazine but has been going down hill month by month. It has less than half the pages it used to have and it's content is getting more and more useless; it's like they have run out of things to write about. if it wasn't for their reviews on gear, I would have stopped it a long time ago; and even on those you have to read between the lines (and compare to other reviews to finally get the right info - have to read between their lines too) as they fear irritating their advertisers.

I subscribe to two: "Outdoor Photographer" and a British magazine, "Photo Plus - that Canon Magazine" Obviously, if you are not a Canon shooter the second one is not for you.

And never forget that a "1 inch" sensor is really about 0.35 x 0.47. In other words it is about 1/4 the size of an aps-c sensor or 1/8 the size of a full-frame. This 1 inch thing is an industry-wide marketing lie. Nikon, Canon, and Sony should be ashamed of themselves.
