I find it interesting that the only category that obama and his administration showed progress on was the L**T issue. On every other one, it either stood still, or lost ground. Heck of a legacy for him.

My question is how can he have a high approval rating with perceived results like this? Media poles seem to pick and choose their samples to get the results they want.

Your polls are 6 months and a year old and do not address the issues of what I posted from a poll two weeks old. Some may feel they are better off even though real household income adjusted for inflation is below 1999 levels and more people are on welfare than in any time in our history. This was a Gallup poll taken Jan 2-3, 2017. I'm sure you can google that.

I don't care what Trumps current approval rating is. Democrats h**e him because he beat their queen, although it could be argued she, with the help of the DNC, beat herself with her arrogance and no agenda, and because he will dismantle much of the horrible actions Obama inititiated. Most think his cabinet picks are above average. I am far more interested in what his ratings will be a year from now after he's actually done something. I believe there are now about 50 democrats who plan to boycott the inauguration, they are a disgrace to the position they hold. Not one Republican boycotted Obama's FIRST inauguration, several did the second with just cause. Never in my 74 years have I ever seen a bunch of whiney ass sore losers.
