Dark and eerie

I have a wedding to shoot in August, so I've been researching and downloading actions. As usual when surfing the web, I got sidetracked, and ended up downloading an action that caught my eye, but definitely not one I'd use on any wedding photos. I just like the effect, and may use it more when fall/Halloween rolls around. And I may even put a "ghost" on the porch :D

The only issue I can see is that you have the moon in front of the clouds which it shouldn't be. :)

As well as the cloud issue, the moon needs to have the same tone as the sky I think. It would look much more realistic. The overall effect is very pleasing though, and your subject is ideal.

Can you share the action, or where you got it?

I just now tried to go there but I got essentially a blank page at the site. Any other way?

There should be a shadow projected on the front grass. Nice effect anyway.

Right. The moon would cast a shadow.

But since it appears that light is being cast on the front stonework and the porch roof, the moon should probably not appear at all.

Sorry all, this was not meant to be "realistic".... only "spooky", which I think I achieved.
I lightened up the front of the porch and the roof a little bit in order to show the details.

I will eventually go back and try to make it more "realistic". :D

Thanks for the comments and tips!
