Hope these shots were with long lens. More people are injured/killed by bison each year than bear. They seem docile until they are mad. Then they charge your car and .....

VERY LONG LENS! We were absolutely amazed at how many folks would get close to these guys for a photo, there are signs everywhere warning you that it is not wise....truly common sense should tell you that! The first two we were on a wagon ride and they came closer than I thought they ever would, the host mentioned that they are used to the wagons.

The Red Dogs are cute, and normally playful, unless wolf or coyote is trying to seperate them from the herd.

Wasn't someone riding "Shot Gun", could have had a good lunch. I had more fun photographing the riders in the wagon, facial expression were great!
