Looking for a good place to scan slides. Anybody out there have any favorites? Tell me about them.

Sam's Club, high res. and put to a disc. Very good !!!

ScanCafe did a great job for me. I've had over 1,000 scanned altogether. You see their initial results, and you can delete a certain percentage. When the job is done, you can download them while you're waiting for the CD/DVD to arrive. The clean them and do color correction.

Could you define high res in regard to what they produced for you? Thanks.
Look as good as slides projected to 4'x6'. On computer screen or printed to 12'' x 18'' print from disc from Sam's Club, or projected to 4'x6' from a digital projector. The eye does not see the difference.

I have used Scancafe and found their performance to be excellent and reasonable.
