Here in Calgary it is beyond cold. This image is captured from behind a frozen waterfall. It was an eerie feeling being inside the ice falls.

Beautiful. I saw on the news last week that people were going behind a waterfalls and because of water always running behind the frozen sheet can be very dangerous. And it crashed down on the people. One ended up in the hospital.

That is an amazing image. I just love it. The detail in the snow and ice is superb and the addition of the woman give the image a melancholy/spiritual (??) feeling. I'm lost for words.
