I have to agree with you although I do not like spiders, these show just how wonderful nature is and to be quite honest the photos show something beautiful. Fantastic. Loved them

The more I study spiders and the jumping spiders in particular. The more I like them and see beauty in them. The jumping spiders are just really cute teddy bear kind of spiders.

Sorry, but it does say they are shots of a spider and you have to admit the photography is fantastic.

This is done by obtaining a piece of equipment called a "reversal ring" and used with a wide angle lens. The ring screws into the filter ring of your lens and has a camera mount on the other side. You then mount your lens onto the camera, extension tube(s), or in this case, a bellows to do your shooting. The working distance is very close, and the DOF the same. This was used by many photographers in need of greater magnification before the myriad of macro lenses on the market today. It only cost a few bucks for the ring in those days. Don't know what they cost now. You usually lose the metering in the camera, but since we now have digital, practice exposures are cheap.
I just could not bring myself to look. I have a morbid fear of spiders.
