I just did a trial offer for Lightroom and Adobe Cloud photoshop.I've been having some trouble understanding it,does anyone know of a good instruction book explaining how to use it?
Try Adobe Photoshop LIGHTROOM CC/6 The Missing FAQ by Victoria Bampton. Current price (01/10/2017) at Amazon is $46.95 paperback and $31.95 Kindle. I recommend the paperback version as if you register the book with the author (how is given on page 576 of the paperback version), she will give you an ebook version in an PDF, ePub, or Mobi/Kindle format. There are additional benefits for registering. I recommend studying the Introduction, Before You Start, and Getting Photos & Videos into Lightroom chapters and using the remainder of the book as a desk reference as needed. Good Luck!

There are hundreds. I like these the best:
written by Jeff Schewe
1. The Digital Negative: Raw Image Processing in Lightroom, Camera Raw, and Photoshop (2nd Edition)
2. The Digital Print: Preparing Images in Lightroom and Photoshop for Printing
written by Rob Sylvan
3. Taming your Photo Library with Adobe Lightroom
For a beginner, I would forget about PS (photoshop) and concentrate on LR especially learning the Library module and of course the Development module. The latter is built on ACR (Adobe Camera RAW). Once you learn the basics of editing in LR you will be able to move an image to PS for other enhancements, but there is not a whole lot that a relative beginner cannot do in LR.
My $0.02

I like Victoria Brampton's book, cited above, but also recommend Lightroom CC Book for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby.

There are a number of Lightroom tutorials online, both subscription and free. From Adobe,
https://helpx.adobe.com/support/lightroom.html is a place to start.
Personally, I learned a lot from Julianne Kost (Adobe Evangelist)
https://tv.adobe.com/show/adobe-evangelists-julieanne-kost/ and google.
(Note that I'm oriented toward online learning rather than buying books. YMMV)
I don't want to imply that I'm an expert, but the one thing that appears to be a stumbling block for new Lightroom users is understanding just how it uses your image files. To use an image file you have to "import" it. All that means is that you have to tell Lightroom where the file is in your computer. It does not mean that your file is moved into Lightroom. LR only saves the location of your file and leaves the original file where you had it. Once LR knows where it is, you can edit the image and make all sorts of changes to it, but your original file stays the same. Lightroom stores the commands to modify the image, not the image file itself. If you're editing a jpg and storing it as a jpg, LR will not let you overwrite your original file with the edited file. You can "export" a new image following your edits, but it's best to either give it a new name (by appending something or changing the name to describe the image subject) or place it in a new location. I generally do both.
PS: I would concentrate on Lightroom first since it's a bit more basic. Photoshop is very powerful (and has lots of online tutorials also) but Lightroom does organize things, which is important when you get a few thousand images on your disk. At that point many people will have trouble finding images. LR has search and filter capability that makes finding things easy, as long as you add tags (keywords) to your images.
Thankyou for all the info.

Where are you getting stuck?
Victoria Brampton's book tops my list also. Next would be The Lightroom Queen's website --
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/. Lots of free stuff there in addition to her excellent commercial things.
