I've always connected with Adobe through their chat line and have always ended up with a solution. Try it!!!

Thanks to you all.
I went on the chat line and around fifteen to twenty minutes later the problem was fixed.
It seem a Windows dll file caused the problem. This was amended by the Adobe rep. by accessing my computer. The rep. says this is a common problem !
