Just a quick blurb for all of you locals... The Armed Forces Military Museum, in Largo Florida is slated to close it's doors Jan. 29, 2017. If you have been you know what it is about. If you haven't, it is a pretty cool place to visit and spend a couple of hours. Lots of displays and military memorabilia. Check out the website for directions and a three dollar off coupon for admission. And bring your camera. The first time I went (years ago) they did not allow photography, but they do now.

It is a shame that they are closing. I was there a couple of years ago and took many pictures, they have a good collection.

As I was there yesterday, I felt sad about that. It is a shame. It is a really remarkable collection and ambiance.
