Looks like someone is trying to descend from Heaven.
Just as I was on my way out the door this morning, I saw those light pillars again from my balcony.
Not often you see those.
I only wish I was somewhere higher so I could catch get a better composition and maybe catch more of them at once. I can imagine they are visible in several places, but you need to get higher to see them.

The light looks a bit like the spot lights they turn on at the World Trade Center, NYC on 9/11 each year as an ongoing memorial.
