Honest these were taken in Folsom, CA at 2;30 pm today - 2 miles from any place they would be expected to be living.
These Toms were trying to fight their own reflections. must have been 12 -15 birds in the flock in this medical complex.

It appears that after they are gone, they will have left ample "calling cards" to remind you of the visit!

These do seem to be young toms and hens - no long beards in the group like I see up here in the higher elevation and more rural area.

Just a block away is a "green belt" a strip of land left natural along storm drainage area that is about 100 yrds wide and miles long - I asume they make that their home.
