Interesting pic's and capture's. But all photos look to be soft on focus for the distance!
Everyone of these images are beautiful. I can't get over the capture of all these beautiful poses.
Very nice light control and balance - excellent model- spot on exposure... post processing is well hidden... Really nice job...
Way cool. Very nice series.
Beautiful job. Are the first two composites or did she jump that high near the water? Either way, superior. Were these for a publication?
Nice set. In particular I like the use of bokeh and the "flying" aspect (off the ground) of the first three images. Still, I don't think I'm going to run out and buy any of those clothes :)
"Flying Italian Pas de Chat" is a truly spectacular capture!
"Are the first two composites or did she jump that high near the water?" OriginalCyn
Nope... these are as shot... and used for this agency model's book thus totally inappropriate to composite, has to be real...
btw, Heather is a professional ballerina who started ballet at the age of 3
Heather danced on pointe in the lead role of Clara in the Nutcracker with the Donetsk Ballet of Ukraine partnering with Viktor Yeliohin.
Below is in another of her showcasing her craft...
And many thanks to all for your positive reinforcement and kind words here...
Sorry for the delay in getting back on this but UHH didn't notify me anyone commented so I simply thought no one replied...
Just happen to notice this today...
btw. Heather is now studing for the NCLEX-RN Exam... I'm tutoring her in biochemistry, and trust me this exam is a bear...
Next time you work with a RN please realize that they are very highly trained... After going through Anatomy and Physiology with her I'm humbled at how high the bar is set for RN's and why Nurse Practitioners are to be cherished...
Again many thanks for your feedback here...

Just love the grace the ballet training puts into every movement.
As always, beautifully captured. I just can't add anything else, other than... WOW
Wow! These are original and stunning. You really isolated her so beautifully from the background and used such brilliant, vibrant colors! Very very nice!!
Thank you so much Rudolf; bkyser and Alissa Beth for the kind words, albeit Heather deserves all the credit here...
We meet years ago through an agency and have enjoyed many sessions together since...
Ballet training provides a talent with a superb range of motion and incredible grace in movement...
Best yet dancers are highly trained and respond instantly to direction... with no diva attitude either... lol
As such ballerinas are highly sought by agency's since they're keenly aware of what ballet brings to the modeling equation.
Alissa Beth subject isolation here was provided by the AF 135mm f/2D DC Nikkor
Here at f/3.2 it is razor sharp and possible one of the finest portrait lens available.
Illumination was via subdued direct sunlight...
Poor Heather was at about melt down in the last image...
90 degrees plus but she's a real trooper... :)
Again many thanks to all...
Sorry for the delay in getting back here, way too much on my table at the moment...
btw, here's Heather going aerial again... She's goes aloft like a homesick angel...
