Was there any water flow when you visited? We were there in October of 2016 and about every 5 minutes enough water would build up to spin the wheel and dump the water. Tricky if doing a multiple exposure but gave an interesting dimension.

This is a beautiful version of the mill. I shoot it frequently since I am only about 40 minutes away but have never been there early in the morning. I will have to consider getting up there much earlier than ever before.
