So a good friend that knows I've been bitten by the 'photo bug' real bad called and said that his neighbors daughter had been assaulted by some boys at school and was feeling ugly and unworthy as a result. He asked me if I would make some photos, using her as the model that would make her feel pretty again. So, never having done a beauty type shoot before, I'm wandering in unfamiliar territory and would really appreciate some comments and suggestions. This photo was taken on tuesday, 2 days after her 14th birthday. She sure doesn't look barely 14 to me. So, is this good enough to give to her, she hasn't seen it yet so I can change anything. Thanks for looking.
Two hints. Check out butterfly lighting and secondly, over expose slightly. How much will depend on her skin tone.
