54% are in poverty
16% are scientists - engineers - Ph'ds
Some of the state is in a "no fly zone"
Louisiana has the highest poverty rate in the Country and they're no where near 54%.
Several states have "no fly" zones so I guess you're going to have to give us the answer.

Oh, he's already been heeding that advice quite well actually.
Outside of Santa Fe - Albuquerque & few other towns in northern NM, there is plenty of poverty as reported in pre 2008 daily papers.
Every week people in their 60's to 90's pass away. Good # of people are from countries south of here!
Up until about 2012, large # of vehicles were 11 yrs or older. The military is highly respected in this area.
