10% are native A's

54% are in poverty

16% are scientists - engineers - Ph'ds

Some of the state is in a "no fly zone"

Louisiana has the highest poverty rate in the Country and they're no where near 54%.
Several states have "no fly" zones so I guess you're going to have to give us the answer.
Which is?

U GOT IT CORRECTLY!

Frank Borman (former astronaut) stated in 2002, that NM was the best kept secret in US. Other than Area 51!

That is y I am here since 2005!

2000 farms-ranches. County I live in had 8 people per square mile!

Except that the NM poverty rate is less than 21%.
But don't let facts get in your way.

Outside of Santa Fe - Albuquerque & few other towns in northern NM, there is plenty of poverty as reported in pre 2008 daily papers.

Every week people in their 60's to 90's pass away. Good # of people are from countries south of here!

Up until about 2012, large # of vehicles were 11 yrs or older. The military is highly respected in this area.
