Please help me compile a list of true prime macro lenses (1:1 mag at MFD & flat field-of-view), so I can assemble a chart listing maximum apertures.

I have a 100mm Vivitar with a matched adapter that makes it 1:1 f/22-f/3.5
Not sure if this is one for your list though.

Carl Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 100mm f/2.8

Mine has the C/Y mount for Contax RTS/RTS II. This lens may not mount to any current DSLR.; I don't know.

Add the Tamron 60 mm f2.0 ( internal/non extending focus) whereas the Tamron 90 mm extends about 2" thus negating the working distance advantage vs the 60 mm version.
