This was a photo of the Buffalo Lighthouse originally posted 12/3/16. It was modified with Dynamic Auto Painter using their watercolor template. There are many templates and options. This is a free version, and I cropped the watermark out. I will consider purchasing it after I fool around with it more.

Take a look at Topaz Impression, which has a freebie download and costs the same as Dynamic.
