Is anyone using a FotodioX adapter on a Sony a6000 camera using Canon Ex lenses? I would like to use my Canon lenses 50 mm f1.4, 100 mm f2.0 24 mm f2.8 and 24-105 mm f4 on the Sony a6000. Would I be able to auto focus, exposure, etc.

From what Jason Lanier's has posted the new Metabones 4 is the best Canon to emount. Full lens functionality, with auto focus as fast as native lenses.

=====================

I too have the Sony A6000 and bought an adapter to make use of my Canon lenses on that camera. Some auto-focus, and some do not. That really does not really make all that difference to me, as I am one of those guys who have been working a camera for over 50 years. Yeah!!!! I know auto stuff is really cool, however being that I like to do things myself - it really does not cause me that much of concern.

My advice is = Buy the adapter and have fun. It will work well on the 50mm 1.4 and the 100mm. I have also made use of my Canon 70-200 f2.0 on the Sony. The auto-focus works well on that too.

Try this-----

I bought a cheap adapter on ebay. It only uses stop down metering, and manual focus, but for $4, you can't go wrong.
