Hi, I download the DxO Pro 9 and it does not have a profile for the Canon 7D Mark II. Can someone tell how to add the 7D Mark II to this program?
Thanks!

Just convert your 7DII shots to TIFF in the Canon software and then work in DxO Pro 9 all you want.
It is a 2 generation old version, 11 is just out. Why do you think they were giving it away for free?

Oh, the answer to your question, pay to upgrade to ver 11.

You need to upgrade to version 11 if you want to work on raw files in DXO. DXO 9 still has some useful editing tools for use on other formats, but to work on raw files from newer cameras you have to have the version that they are updating with new camera/lens profiles.

How about converting the camera's RAW files to DNG with the free Adobe DNG Converter, then try opening them in DxO 9 and you would still be working with a RAW file format and the extra data?

The DxO product line only works with raw, tiff and jpeg files, and their prime denoising only works on raw files.
thanks
