Today we will be looking at an image produced by an FYC member from Canada.

Have a look:- http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-426234-1.html

In the wilds of the B.C. thereabouts they apparently do their best thinking whilst wearing a corrugated cardboard box as head apparel but as this snap clearly demonstrates, this member’s courageous venture into attempting a snap devoid of the inspiration afforded by his favorite cranial adornment hasn’t exactly been an uproarious success.

Perhaps it was the excitement in feeling relief born from his sudden light-headedness or was it that his eyes had formed a permanent set from viewing too many of Uugly’s “3D” submissions but wh**ever the reason all thoughts of actually focusing his camera went south as his mind apparently wandered to thoughts of fish.

Looking at the snap, my mind, as yours would, quite logically went more to thoughts of an unsuccessful garden rubbish burn, but certainly not to thoughts of fish.

From my own experience even the merest thought of “fruits de mer” causes a stirring deep within and this is what I strongly suspect occurred here.

Given what he said and judging from the image presented, whilst processing his experimental masterpiece and thinking of fish as he was, he must have lent cautiously sideways to break wind but immediately following that first initial emission there was that sudden horrible realization that the train was in danger of leaving the station….

This would have required immediate remedial action in the form of an emergency straighten and pucker maneuver but as he did so his hand apparently slipped wildly on the saturation slider.

I always find that such near misses cause some loss of composure and I initially assumed that he did actually catch “things” in time but by posting this for all to see I suspect that he may have been otherwise distracted.

Way too much demeaning dialog. If the picture was not to your liking just say so, or better yet keep it to yourself. The photo was not offensive nor did it violate any UHH rules. UHH should be a safe haven for all of us who want to share our artistic efforts.

The biggest issue I see with ALL critique forums on UHH is the "anything goes" mentality. Sometimes, frankly, the emperor has no clothes. We've collectively lost the ability to say so. This is sad and has led to the wholesale acceptance of bleak mediocrity.

Not to intrude but what is your problem? Coffee scorched or eggs overcooked? Why not grow up.

"Satire is a genre of literature, and sometimes graphic and performing arts, in which vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, corporations, government, or society itself into improvement.

Although satire is usually meant to be humorous, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit to draw attention to both particular and wider issues in society".

You have failed. I'm not positive but I'll take a very well educated guess that you have a very exaggerated sense of self.

Your OP is the perfect example of why things go down hill on UHH so quickly and so often these days. You had no real motivation for your OP other than to be mean spirited. To try to demean and personally insult another member. This is the type of behavior, considering your track record, that should result in being banned from the forum.

Of course this is just my opinion.
