Yeah. That's what we need, a Theocracy.

I don't agree with that at all....sarcasm or not.

It will be nice, however, when I am given the same freedom to publicly express my faith that is granted to Muslims, atheists, and all other non-Christians. I am looking forward to the end of government support for the "Freedom From Religion" movement.

Liberal tolerance requires white, christian people to cease all expression of their religion and wear sackcloth and ashes to atone for the color of their skin.

You guys are amazing. No one is denying your right to worship your god anyway you want.
However, Christ doesn't have a place in the White House unless you invite all the other Invisible Men in with him.
Don't see Mohammed in that picture or Budda or Diana or Pan or Thor or Elhoim or whoever, etc etc etc.
Guess your invisible friend is better than their invisible friend.
Really. Just grow up.

Don't dare mention ashes....a symbol of the Christian faith when combined with chrism. You're going to scar someone for life. 😜

All those you mentioned were already condoned, embraced, encouraged. They don't need a welcome back.

I am not afraid of others' beliefs nor the outward expressions of such at any place or time. I do take offense, however, when the same courtesies we are expected to afford others are also extended to everyone.

Lucky you.

My freedom was denied when I was told I was not allowed to say Merry Christmas because it might offend someone...and to say Happy Holidays instead. And when I was told that the Ten Commandments were not allowed to be displayed in a courthouse....or a manger scene to be set up at City Hall. Not to mention, when some....in the name of tolerance....wanted to remove "In God We Trust" from our currency and the words "under God" from our nations pledge of allegiance.

I have told people Merry Christmas and God bless you many times just these past few weeks...was never threatened by anyone.

Last Saturday night I performed at a public Christmas concert, sang several beautiful sacred Christian songs...there were no protestors, no rocks thrown, no police shutting it down...I was not in fear of publicly expressing my faith.

I do believe religious icons do not have a place being displayed at government buildings in the USA. Which non-Christian religions are allowed this practice while it is denied to Christians?

As I said, my rights to express my faith publicly have not been abridged in any way. And, no other religion has been publicly elevated over mine.

I am sorry you feel persecuted. Maybe move to the USA where all religions are free to practice their faiths. Methinks though, you are a tempest looking for a teapot.

BTW: MERRY CHRISMAS AND GOD BLESS YOU !

Hope you have a great holiday season...

You are such a liar. Please tell me where you were "not allowed" to say Merry Christmas. Did they point a gun to your head? Just how did they force you to not say that?

As far as putting the Ten Commandments in a courthouse, you do realize that the Constitution forbids the government from endorsing any particular religion, don't you? If not, then you need to study up on your constitution.

Your crocodile tears over your delusion about being persecuted for your religion are quite amusing. I think you watch too much Faux News. Perhaps it's time to change the channel.

First....my employer and my children's school both forbid the use of Merry Christmas, with the respective consequences of reprimand and suspension for bullying.

Second....allowing the expression of faith (such as display of religious icons like the Ten Commandments or a nativity scene) is not tantamount to endorsing said religion.

Third....I have hardly been persecuted. To claim so would be quite disrespectful to those who were...and have sacrificed so that I might receive Gods message, believe, and practice my faith in peace.

Lastly, The proverbial channel has been changed....despite the stunned disbelief by so many who believed their own mantra that Trump was a man with no support and unelectable.
