I am hunting and have been hunting for a camera bag that will actually hold everything plus all the stuff I normally haul around, which these days tends outweighs my camera equipment. I would like to share some links with you.

There are some great designs out there. We can have big, attractive camera bags that don't LOOK like camera bags and don't scream "Steal me!"

Here they are and have fun. Men, note these make great gifts for the women photographers in your lives and Christmas will come ):

There are a few more, but these are the best ones I've found. You'll find Jill-E at B&H Camera and Amazon too. You also may want to note that a couple of these also make really cool laptop cases.

I sent the link to my husband. He can never figure out what to get me, so I give him none-too-subtle hints.

These are awesome! I think I'd have a hard time choosing! Have you made a decision as to which one you'd like?

I keep changing my mind! When I started this search, I didn't think I'd find anything I likes ... now I find quite a lot of stuff. Some of it is way too expensive for me, but a lot of it is pretty much what it costs to buy a good bag. I'm still waffling!

We are planning a trip to France next summer and some of these bags would make excellent travel bags -- an easy way to disguise the fact you are carrying an expensive camera.

Let me know which one you choose and how you like it.

I will. If you get the right one (my goal!) you only have to carry one bag and if I find exactly the right one, I can wear it cross body which is both safer and easier on the back and shoulders.

Ah, so many bags, but I only need one. The perfect one.

I agree. I've looked at a lot of camera stores and these bags are just not carried by the small mom and pop camera stores we have in this area.

But, a couple of the sites seem to be run by entepreneurial women who make the bags themselves or at the least, design them. I was pleased to see that. That's why some of the sites have (I think) such limited selection.

It gives me hope.
