Then again, it could be just another Anna's hummingbird in poor light and odd iridescence. Nice view of his throat.

Thanks, Bruce and ggttc. Really an aberration in poor light. In "real light" his whole head is a bright crimson red.

Thanks, sakitson. In the "right light" his whole body is iridescent green. He'd probably be embarrassed to be seen like this but I don't think he has an Internet connection.
