Yes, but who wrote all of those bills and laws, and wrote the annual budgets that included the "Pork" which raised the National Debt?

It sure wasn't the President, it was CONGRESS!

The "Line Item Veto" was removed from the presidents grasp years ago, and it really should have been restored!

Funding Bridges to nowhere, just because a district needed to put people to work!!!! That was just one example of Pork that has been added over the years.

Congress has the biggest racket of "PAY TO PLAY" going. If a committee member wants a line item in a bill to pass, they strong arm members of Congress to jump on board with their project, get the other pet projects approved.

Like I said earlier, without the Line Item Veto power, the POTUS has only two options, sign the bill, or Veto the Bill!

In most cases, if the POTUS Veto's a bill, it goes back to Congress, and they usually have enough v**es to override the Veto, so it passes by default.

So, I'm going back to my original statement, Congress writes the bills, and compiles the Annual Budgets, they are the ones who directly add the "PORK" to them, and cause the National Debt to Climb, not the POTUS!!!!!
