My daughter's little hairless hamster is ready for Christmas. She lives with my daughter's family including three dogs who adore her. She has escaped her cage a few times and my daughter can ask the dogs where Alice is and they will take her to where she is hiding.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a hairless hamster but Alice is adorable. Very charming series with lots of Christmas spirit.

Alma, a very unique hamster. Thanks for the education and the excellent photos that tell the story.

The dog is thinking: "what the hell happened to this poor squirrel - he lost all of his hair!" Nice to know there is a hypoallergenic hamster!

Great pix! You have the right dogs for THAT job. I used to have a Beagle (- Whatever) Mix that was OK with cats. My current two large hounds (American Foxhound and Artois Hound) are not OK with anything Non-Canine or Non-Human. The poor stray cats coming in to our yard get about 20 seconds longer to live! A rodent (rat, mouse, squirrel), 5 seconds, tops! Does not make me happy because as a child and young adult I was a cat lover, and now we can't keep a cat.
