Found this pretty little fishing village not too far from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. It was chilly at fall's end but quite lovely nevertheless.

Nice shots. We were there in mid-September at low tide. Your shots show a different aspect.
Someone had advised us to skip the crowds at Peggy's Cove and spend time at Blue Rocks. Great advice.

Thanks Dave. I love Nova Scotia. I'm going again for New Year so I'll get to see the area with a bit of snow on the ground.

I liked Nova Scotia a lot also. Part of the reason for the trip was to see where my great grandfather came from (Victoria Vale in the Annapolis Valley.) He brought the family name back to the States after 125 years in NS. (Well it was still Massachusetts colony when they moved to NS.)

Thanks rlaugh. I took a lot of photos while I was there - I'm putting together a little book for my sister who has a house nearby in Kingsburg.
