I purchased two ProTrekker from B & H last summer before a trip to Alaska. I kept the 450 and sent the larger one back. The 450 fits in overhead bins in smaller jets and holds by full frame Canon mounted to a 150-600 Sigma, my 70-200 f 2.8, my kit lens 24-105, my 16-35 wide angle, my 430 flash, 8 filters, 3 batteries, 8 SD cards. Is it a bit heavy with all that, yes which is why in the airports it is attached to a rolling carry on. I love it and would not buy anything else. I am looking at another body with all that "stuff" in the same pack for the next trip to AK next fall. The partitions are movable and easily made to fit what you have. I have a very large tripod which I would not think of putting on the pack. I do have smaller ones which would fit with not problems.
By the way, the thing that really sold me on the 450 was that the belt could removed easily so the bag will fit in overhead bins without snagging everything else. I put the belt in a checked bag just in case I needed for hiking.
I have been through a lot of camera packs and I settled on the Lowe Pro ProTactic 450AW when I want to carry a lot of gear. I shoot two Sony A7II's, pack both in the 450AW with lenses attached (24-70 & 70-200) along with three other lenses, extension tubes, batteries, charger, filters, spare cards, cleaning supplies, remote shutter release and a poncho. I can also pack my 13 inch laptop but usually don't take that it on shoots. Weight is 21.5 pounds. Can also strap a tripod and a water bottle holder on the outside when needed.
I am totally satisfied with this setup and have sold most of my other (unsatisfactory) solutions.
