Probably not possible. And you would be disappointed quickly. However, look at the Nikon D3400. It does have a lot of features, but you can turn them off or just ignore most of them if you wish.

Absolutely Cat, I haven't used my FM in some years, but occasionally just pick it up to remember how good it was when it was my sole camera. After my 3rd hand Zenit, it was a revelation, I will never part with it, battered and bruised, we shared many adventures together, we both show it!
