I noticed I haven't posted any pics since Aug. of last year. Has it really been that long??? Anyhow, after a bad spring and summer, I decided to get on with my life and do something constructive. Take photos, play with them, and share them. The weather was so hot and dry that I didn't take many pics to begin with. Everything was dried up, including the bugs! But here are a couple or three.

Amy, your getting back in stride with style. I love the lighting and rich tones of the beech leaves. Very well executed. You also got very nice detail in the okra pod. I'm not a fan of okra but I do like your shot of it. Your treatment of the third shot gives it the dignity that it deserves. Good work.
