I have a Collection Set of about 200 images divided unevenly among 18 Collections. I want to distribute copies of the Set to family members on thumb drives. I want to keep the Collections separate and keep the images in the order I have them arranged in the Collections. Can someone give me guidance on how to do this efficiently or refer me to a resource?
Thanks in advance.
Mike
Using the collection set, display all the images in the Library. Select them all with the mouse or a Ctrl-A. Right click and pick Export.
Bill's suggestion will export all the images as once. With that idea you might lose your request for keeping all the images in separate collections and / or the current order. Consider too exporting from each collection and managing the sort order and the file naming. From the collection by collection approach, you could give each image a new name format specific to that collection and then a number such as Collect_A_01, Collect_A_02, ect. Use the "edit" option from the dropdown to access the File Name Template Editor that gives you complete control over the file names.
Thank you both for the suggestions

You are right! I missed the part about keeping the collections.
