Yes, with the right speedlights.
Do you have one yet or are you shopping for one?

What is the right speed light? Yongnuo, and which one?

You'll have to check the spec's.
Easy to Google, if no one else responds.
I only have Nikon (The SB 600, 700, 800, 900, 910 and 5000 all do it)
Nikon calls it "Auto FP" not High Speed Sync.

For Yongnuo, the yn-500, yn-568ex, yn-685 all have HSS and are available with either a Nikon or Canon hot-shoe contact configuration. I believe the yn-685 is the latest model.

If you don't plan on ever using radio wireless for off-camera lighting, then don't buy the yn-685. The extra you pay for the internal radio receiver would be wasted.

If you do plan to use radio wireless, I would recommend buying a yn-622n-tx controller with the yn-685.

Thanks, however, after I double checked the yn-500ex availability, it seems they may not have released a Nikon version of this flash. B&H shows only the Canon mount. Amazon says Canon or Nikon, but does not indicate which contact pattern the foot has. It is probably a Canon mount that accepts both Canon and Nikon optical commands.

I must remove the yn-500ex from my list of HSS flashes for the D7000 unless someone can confirm the contact pattern is available for Nikon. Otherwise, it would work only off-camera.

That leaves only the yn-568ex & the yn-685 for Nikon "Auto FP sync" capable cameras... and, the yn-500ex, yn-568ex, yn-600ex-rt, & yn-685 as Canon HSS offerings from Yongnuo.

Bad keyboard... Bad keyboard... Quit sending unverified information...

I would only use mine off-camera anyway.

Yes. I have both the D7000 and the D7200. I use the Yongnuo 568ex and the 622n. Works great.
