Never gonna happen. Clinton's attorneys would get on Trump and prosecute him for any number of things...most importantly because it would make him suffer is the conflict of interest.

We're going to make it easier to v**e and hopefully easier for our children to get a college education without amassing huge debt. With all of his questionable past and present dealings, and the backgrounds of his Cabinet choices he would be wise to watch his back rather than to threaten to pursue prosecution of Secretary Clinton!
He risks landing himself in federal court and prison if he moves forward with many of his proposals and appointments!

Did you even read the story you posted, i***t? Trump has done no such thing. No where in that article does it say he has threatened to prosecute Clinton. Pretty much said the opposite. Not a felony at all. He can ask the congress to appoint a special Council to look into the Hillary mess. It will then be the responsibiliy of the new DOJ to prosecute or not.
