Well, I finally made it. Keenan got tired of being beaten like a red-headed step child and put me on his ignore list!
It was fun smacking him around, but also sort of sad. Nobody likes to see morons publicly humiliated, but he keeps asking for it.

Apparently, the only way I know is if you are being ignored by someone, you can't post on any of the threads that they create.
There may be other ways, but that's the only one I know of.

If you double click on their name it brings up their made up bio and near the top it will tell you if you are on their "ignore" list.

Exactly correct Checkmate. Racman is another who will not tolerate dissention. I am proudly on his list.
However .... If they post in someone elses post. One which they did not originate. You can say your piece because they cannot ban you from another's OP.

No one is on my ignore list nor would I put anyone on it regardless how much I disliked them.
