It looks like a hand to me. I believe I can detect fingernails as well as fingers on enlarging the image on my hand held samsung note. Perhaps someone adjusting her wrap and it being missed in the editing process?

Nice shot I also dont like the hand placement and I would have cropped it up a bit or down a bit, I like the lighting and Ilike the pose.

Position of hands are very important when taking pictures of any model. Also, the crop is important. This should be the whole body, or cropped from above the pelvis to include everything above that. Just need some work on composition. The exposure is fine, but the lighting it a little too even. In other words, there's not enough midtones to give it depth. With even lighting of models, the features become a little flat where having the lighting key on one side, and a stop or two less on the other side, makes for a little more detailed and deeper image. Just my humble opinion. She's a lovely model.

Not her hand its RED. it may be something in her hand, what ever it is it is distracting!!!!

I think it's just the palm of her hand at the base of her fingers.
And while it may be a tad distracting, my eyes just keep going back to more interesting body features... like a pretty face, nice breasts, and a great figure.

I like the shot and the high-key lighting. A pet peeve of mine is that some high key images bleed the edge off into full white. I think that detracts. You have been careful to avoid that error.
The one issue is the right hand is awkward. It appears near her left elbow but the fingers just seem awkward. Actually the whole hand could be avoided. It detracts.
Otherwise a good pose and a good shot.
