Thank you Graham, and best wishes to your country with the Brexit mess, another surprise to the pols who were not paying attention to their constituents.

Our politicians too are dealing with a vote outcome they didn't, in their worst nightmares, anticipate, and they are not dealing with it very well--mostly hiding and keeping their mouths shut --about the reactionary troubles caused by a few--mostly those with a less than matured intellect. Most of the people I talk to, even if they aren't thrilled with the results, comment with words to the effect of "it was an election, dammit, you lost so get over it and either help lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way." That happens to be my sentiments too. If they had bothered to vote instead of protesting and destroying other peoples property, maybe they would have gotten a different result, but our and your traditions and laws provide for peaceful transfers of power.

I totally agree with your sentiment. Trump, like it or not won and those rioting are not doing this country any good and demonstrates to the rest of the world the condemming of a president elect . We should be thinking about ways to come together after a bitter election.

Exacactly, you are spot on my friend.........I have been in the attic looking at some of the comments, from the site trolls, unbelievable, childish, behaviour, showing their lack of breeding lack of English and general education. I have seventeen individuals on my ignore list and many of them are on the, "Fake Tough Guy Trump Rushed Off Stage". thread. There are several posts on there from "Penny MG" what a breath of fresh air this young lady is, she can tie these dummies up in knots without any abuse or unpleasentness, it was a joy and privilege to read her messages to the thread, well done Penny.

Thanks for your greetings and comments

That is the first time in my entire life I have been called bias......Credit, where credit is due, in my book, your posts on that thread stood out a country mile and that's for sure. The ??? individuals who were writing all the rubbish, were way out of their depth, with an educated, professional lady like your goodself. You look very young to me and lovely.........If I may say that......

Why not the President himself or Hillary do not go on a nationwide television and lecture that crowd that do not know what they are complaining about?
Since they do not accept aa democratic process, in what kind of system they want to live? Or maybe they are democrats only when their candidate win.
Can't they realize the world is watching us..? What a shame....really I feel shame.....

Unfortunately, there isn't a cure for stupid: well, actually there is one, but it's illegal in civilized countries.

The only thing that may stop the protestors is the the President getting on his podium and telling them to stop the nonsense or it will sour the 2020 elections as well, but he won't run again so I don't think he really gives a damn so long as he can blame Trump and the conservatives. Neither do I think he has the testicular fortitude to speak up; he hasn't shown any over the last eight years

Are the protestors really upset with the election results, or is it just an excuse for paid opportunists to riot and grab "free Stuff"?
