Canon Pro-1000. An amazing printer.
I purchased the Canon Pro-1000 printer 6 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It prints up to 16 x 20 inch photos. The colors, detail and depth of the prints are amazing. Definitely gallery quality. I no longer have to print several trial photos to get colors right. What I see on my calibrated monitor is what I get. It was super easy to set up and super easy to use. The cons...It's a very large table top printer. It's not fast. It's a bit noisy. The large ink tanks are pricey but what printer ink isn't. With the cost of high end papers and the ink I can still print photos for less than I can order them from a reputable printer. Does anyone else have this printer and what has been your experience with it?
Congrats on your purchase! I also bit the bullet and bought one - it is a phenomenal printer.
Did you do the upgrades (software and firmware) that let you print 17x25? I have printed several 16x24 images, and they are breathtaking.

I haven't done the upgrades yet. It's on my bucket list. I hope Canon upgrades the ability to print large panos.
