For a lawyer the guy is an i***t. Oh, maybe that isn't exceptional.
The Hatch act specifically exempts certain government officials, including any appointmented officials who require Senate approval. FBI director is on that list since 1968.
To say nothing of seeking to prove it was politically motivated when Obama appointed the guy.
This is just another Hillary political harpoon. It won't go anywhere.

If it's just a cyber attack ,that could be dealt with. I'm just worried that if a certain person doesn't win, all HELL could break out with some of the followers, which there has been some suggestions made. If that does occur it could demise the ruination of one of the leaders of this great world that I wish could learn to exist together.

Richard Painter is an expeeienced lawyer and would not waste coin on a pointless suit. You see lawyers take case law into account as well as the words of an Act.
