Continuing to go through equipment. I have all this film leftover- It is all expired- 2012-2014. However it has been in the freezer since purchased. I also have some expired film that has been kept at room temperature. Does this film have value?

If you keep it frozen or refrigerated until just before shooting (thaw for 2 hours from the freezer before loading) and shoot in a day or two as well as then process immediately, expired film will still be as good as new.

Sure. List what you have and offer it in the Classifieds section. Probably at 1/2 the price of fresh film.

A few years ago, I had a similar stack of old films laying around, I ended up shooting it all, despite it being expired. 80% came out fine though. Needless to say all my film inventory these days is fresh!!!

The company "Lomography" specializes in expired film for the unexpected effects of it. Myself, I like to know what to expect :) I don't shoot film anymore although I still have a film Pentax and Nikon camera and old lenses. Maybe one day ...

Some of the old Pentax lenses I have were purchased directly through the original owner whom I know personally and know to be meticulous about his equipment. Same for the Nikon lenses. My other old lenses were purchased through Ebay and probably went through multiple owners along the way.

I'd be willing to buy some if you did keep it frozen. I'm interested in any black and white.

Even the room temp stuff is probably ok.

I kept the film in the photograph in the freezer. I will do an inventory and get back to you what is there.

Ok rpavich and Cdouthitt- this is for you -

The color print film is all 35 mm (except for the one roll of Portra 120)
Kodak Ecktar 100, Fuji Astia 100, Fujifilm 100 and Portra 160 (most all 36 exposure)

The 120 and 35 mm B&W film is sorted out. And there are 4 rolls of Bergger film.

If I remember correctly the Rollei Infrared is not a true infrared- just has some infrared qualities- Trees won't come out white etc.

Let me know what you want to do.

Looks like some FP4, some acros 100, 3 rolls of Tmax...it's hard to see with the picture not being able to be blown up large.

Do I see some 120 black and white there?

What do you want for them each?
