updated my I MAC to Sierra from El Capitan, it usually crashes photoshop when I press print, have any of you guys found this problem. Mac says it's Adobes problem, Adobe says it Apples.
Old Story, wish I did not update, now have to bring the Mac into the Apple store to be checked out, any ideas?

Go back to Sierra and don't update until you know it's safe to do with the programs you have.

You have little choice in this matter, wait until Apple/Adobe resolve the problems. Drivers are the culprits, seems Apple didn't supply any for certain printers. Some people have been able to download needed drivers from Canon, not sure about other manufacturers. Hopefully, this too will pass, and all printers will work with Sierra.

Hmmm... could it be a PRINTER DRIVER issue, not specifically an Adobe issue? Do you have other issues with printing outside of Adobe? Have seen several reports of printer driver issues with an OS Update/Upgrade.

You will probably need to update your PRINTER UTILITY compatible with Sierra. See if your printer is listed here:

I had the same issue. After upgrading to Sierra, Ps would quit every time I tried to print.
Apparently Sierra loaded the AirPrint driver instead of the regular one. Removed AirPrint driver, installed new regular Epson driver and all is well.

The new Photoshop CC 2017 update that came out yesterday fixes the problem with the printing crashing Photoshop.

System Preferences>Printers & Scanners>select AirPrint driver and hit - button.

If you're using Creative Cloud, Adobe just came out with the 2017 versions of LR & Bridge (Not LR) and it seems to finally be printing OK. I just tried it this AM and it finally printed on my Epson Artisan 837.

Apple has issued an update to Sierra OS to correct this problem. I had it too!
Update OS to 10.12.1.......read description for update. This problem is mentioned.

In part it was Adobe, as their update 2017 solved the problem for Photoshop CC.
